This laundry room floor needed more than a quick tile install. The existing surface had to be scraped and ground down so the new floor system had a clean, solid base.
After prep, we applied primer and poured self-leveling underlayment to flatten the floor before setting the porcelain tile. That step matters in utility spaces because a better substrate helps the finished tile sit cleaner and perform better over time.
Our scope was the floor preparation and tile installation. The client will be finishing the remaining details in the room, so the finished tile gives them a durable base to build the rest of the space around.
"Work was done on time for the quoted price. Very professional."
